I work with you to understand your health and develop thoughtful care
What I Stand For
Good general practice begins with listening.
Understanding what has changed for you, and how it is affecting your wellbeing, is the first step. Many people sense something is not quite right, even if it is hard to explain. Careful listening helps clarify what is happening. From there, a plan can be developed together.
Health is shaped by physical, emotional and social factors. What works for one person may not suit another. Treatment is guided by your life stage, medical history and personal circumstances.
My Philosophy of Care
Compassionate healthcare is built on listening, respect and evidence-based practice.
Women’s health is complex and deeply individual. There is no single approach that suits everyone. Care should reflect your body, your stage of life and your priorities.
The aim is to provide clear information and thoughtful guidance, grounded in current medical evidence and Australian clinical guidelines.
I practise evidence-based medicine and do not prescribe compounded bioidentical hormones.

How I Work
A collaborative approach underpins my practice. Close working relationships with psychologists, allied health and medical specialists support coordinated care.
Clear, evidence-based advice is central to consultations. Respect for each person’s experiences and beliefs remains essential. Care plans are developed together, with safety and individual values in mind.
You may notice the North Star as my logo. Polaris has guided travellers for centuries. When people were lost, they would look up and find a constant point to help them navigate their way.
You are navigating your own journey — I help you find your bearings.
